Features
Everything below happens on one route, on one day, on one phone.
Not a feature list. The sequence a field rep actually moves through between punching in and closing the day — and the record each step leaves on your screen.
One rep's day · Tue 12 Aug
Attendance
Punched in from inside the office. Or not at all.
The app sends coordinates; the server measures the distance to your registered office and decides. A rep sitting at home sees the punch button refuse. There is nothing to argue about at the end of the month.

Route plan
Today's outlets on the rep's phone, ticked off as they're visited.
You build the route in the web panel: pick the outlets, set the order, leave a note for any stop, publish. The rep opens the app to today's list and a progress bar. An outlet ticks itself off only when a verified check-in happens there, so at the end of the day you see planned against visited, not planned against claimed.

Visits
A visit only counts from inside the fence.
Check-in unlocks within 50 metres of the outlet's saved coordinates. Notes and the next visit date are captured while the rep is still standing there, not reconstructed from memory at 9 pm. At the end of the day the visit locks.

Visit form
Your questions, asked at every counter.
Build the form your business actually needs in the web panel: a pharma call report, an FMCG shelf audit, a site survey. Use text, number, dropdown and yes/no fields, and mark the ones that can't be skipped. The rep fills it in before leaving the outlet. Each form gets its own report, one column per question, ready to download as a spreadsheet.

Orders
The order is booked at the counter, not on WhatsApp.
Your live catalogue is on the phone with variants and rates. The rep books it in front of the customer and it is in the office system immediately — no re-typing, no lost slips, no wrong quantities.

Leads
A new shop on the route becomes a record, not a memory.
The rep logs the prospect with one tap and adds a note after every follow-up. When it converts, it becomes a customer with its GPS location already attached — so the next visit can be verified too.

Travel allowance
Travel allowance paid on kilometres travelled, not kilometres claimed.
The GPS trail already measures every kilometre of the shift, so the travel allowance works itself out: distance × your per-km rate, set for the whole company, a designation or one employee. The rep claims the week in one tap — no odometer photos, no typed figures. Each day can be claimed only once, and any day with a mock location is flagged before you approve.

The manager's side
You already know how the day went. Nobody had to report it.
Every stop above wrote itself to the web panel as it happened. No evening phone calls, no Monday reconciliation, no reconstructing a week from a WhatsApp group. Open any rep's day on one page, or let the exceptions screen tell you which ones to open.

The manager's screens
Fifty reps, one manager. Here is where to look first.
Every record above lands in the web panel. These four screens turn it into decisions: who to call now, what a day really looked like, and who is worth copying.
Exceptions
A list of who needs you today. Empty on a good day.
Reports tell you what happened. This screen lists only the people to chase while the day can still be saved. Ten checks run on every rep: not punched in by your start time, no visit by 1 pm, almost no movement, tracking switched off mid-shift, a mock-location app, a route mostly missed, an hour parked somewhere that isn't a customer. A rule stays silent when it can't be sure, so nobody on approved leave or on a holiday is ever flagged. A badge in the sidebar counts the serious ones before you open it.

Sneha Kulkarni · Not punched in
No punch-in recorded, expected by 10:00.
Vikas Jadhav · Tracking stopped

Imran Shaikh · Long stop away from customers

Pooja Nair · Unusually low distance
6.2 km against a 21.4 km average.
Field trail
The shift as named stops, not three hundred dots.
The trail records only between punch-in and punch-out. Instead of a scribble on a map, you get the stops: where the rep stayed, for how long, and whose shop it was, matched against your customer list. Stops that aren't a customer or the office are marked as idle. Gaps where tracking went quiet are shown as gaps, so a missing hour is visible instead of hidden.

Day review
Any rep's whole day on one page, in plain sentences.
Attendance, visits, orders, route coverage and the trail usually live on five different screens. Day review puts them on one and reads them back as sentences, so checking a day takes a minute instead of a spreadsheet. It also catches the awkward cases, like someone who worked through approved leave or forgot to punch out.

5 of 9 visits produced an order (56% strike rate).

1 order booked without a visit (phone or follow-up order).
Team analytics
Ranks reps on what they earn, not how busy they look.
Raw totals reward whoever was rostered the most days. The leaderboard ranks on the ratios that separate an effective rep from a busy one: strike rate (visits that produced an order), order value per kilometre travelled, route coverage, and visits per day against your target. Then it writes the conclusions out for you: best converter, most efficient route, and who needs coaching.

Two modules
Buy the half you need. Add the other when you need it.
- GPS-verified punch in and out at the office
- Leave balances, applications and approvals
- Approval chains for leave, expenses and orders — manager, admin, or a named person
- Attendance corrections by request, with the reason on record
- Travel allowance calculated from GPS distance
- Push notifications and a noticeboard
- One phone per employee, enforced
Before you ask
The objections, answered without the sales call.
- “The network drops in half our territory.”
- The location trail is written to the phone first and uploads when signal returns, with its original timestamps — so a dead zone shows up as a route, not a hole. Check-ins and orders are verified on our server, so they need a bar of signal at the moment they're saved. That's also why a phone on its own can't fake one.
- “Reps use fake GPS apps.”
- The distance check runs on our server, not on the phone, and each employee is bound to one device. A mock-location app cannot move the office you registered, and a second phone will not log in. When Android reports a mock location, that rep goes to the top of your exceptions screen.
- “What does it actually cost us?”
- A flat monthly fee per organisation in rupees, with a seat allowance included and a small charge only if you go over. Pay by UPI, card or net banking. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- “How long before we're running?”
- An afternoon. Add your office coordinates and radius, upload your outlets and catalogue, invite the team. Reps install the app and are registered on first login — there is nothing to configure on their side.
- “Our reps won't accept being tracked.”
- Tracking runs only between punch-in and punch-out, never on their evenings. Each rep reads a plain disclosure in the app and has to accept it before anything is recorded, and can withdraw later. Raw location points are deleted after 90 days; only the distance totals stay, for the travel allowance.
- “Reps will just change the record afterwards.”
- A visit can be edited until the end of its day, then it locks. Reopening it takes a request with a reason and a manager's approval, and every change after the first save is logged with the old value and the new one.
